The web.config error is shows due to the incorrect configuration . you can make changes in the configuration in plesk by clicking ASP.net icon in the home page of the user control panel.
The config file created by Visual studio development environment will not work correctly in servers, because there may some changes in the system configuration and resources .so you have to config the web.config file for servers . May need slight change in servers to servers .
in hsphere control panel there is a setting option for each domain settings
