To backup emails from hosting server you can have two options .
1) Use back up option in the control panel , In plesk there is an icon called backup manager. Some hosting companies may disabled this feature so request them to activate this for you . Scibero provides all rights to clients in their control panel. After getting this just back up and download emails .
In c panel use back up option in the home page/ user entry point.
2) Use any third party email client like out look or any other emails clients to import emails to your system from server .
Or forward all emails to any other emails to save your important data .
